Shipping

We ship to US addresses. Standard US shipping is free on most items; any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare your order.
• Delivery to the US: typically 7–14 business days in total, including processing. Most items ship from our supplier's warehouse in China.

If a product page shows a different delivery estimate (for example, an item that ships from US stock), the product page estimate applies to that item. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number once your order ships. Items in the same order can ship separately and arrive on different days.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund it. If tracking stops updating or a parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number.

Address changes

Check your address before paying. Email us right away if it needs changing. We cannot change it once the order has shipped.
