Returns & refunds

Questions or problems with an order? Email hello@nookvero.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and include photos or a short video showing the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund for that item. You do not need to return it.

Order not delivered

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund it.

Change of mind

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.

• Email us first to get the return address. Parcels sent without contacting us may not reach us.
• You pay the return shipping.
• We refund the item once we have received and checked it.

We do not give change-of-mind refunds unless the item is returned.

Cancellations

You can cancel for free any time before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the change-of-mind terms above apply.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
